David Guetta Announces New Album

Headliner at this year's Creamfields festival on Buenos Aires, the French DJ, announces his new album.

During a interview via Twitter with SiriusXM Hits 1, David Guetta revealed that his new album will be released November 24.

Guetta also told SiriusXM that a new song will be released October 6. A rep from Atlantic Records has confirmed the release date and it will come out on Big Beat/Atlantic. This album is a long awaited follow-up after his 2011 album Nothing but the Beat. The album included hits such as “Where Them Girls At,” “Titanium” and “Turn Me On” and has sold 567,000 units to date, according to Nielson Soundscan. Since this release, Guetta has co-produced songs for Ariana Grande, Lady Gaga, Britney Spears and recently Sam Martin that has a new single titled “Lovers On The Sun.”

“All I can say is that it’s completely song-based,” Guetta told Billboard during an interview earlier this month at New York’s Electric Zoo festival. “There are featured artists of course, but none that you’d expect with me, and really it’s just completely different from anything I’ve done before. That’s why it has taken almost three years. It’s just different.”

This is his new song, featuring Sam Martin. Martin, also Guetta's featured vocalist on the international dance hit Lovers On the Sun, sings of a midnight run toward the lights of the city with a wild and unpredictable lover, their unknown destination made all the more enticing by its promise of strange secrets.
